Using the detailed list below, you will place each assignment that is attached to a theme into the Program Themes page on your ePortfolio.  You should use the works and files needed list to keep track of what assignments will be placed into the appropriate ePortfolio page.

In the Radiation Sciences, BS program, we expect you the student to be personally responsible and an active participant in your outcomes. To do this you must know what they are, where they are taught, and how we assess or review their success. This section of your ePortfolio is designed to accomplish all three elements.

 

Your task will be the understanding and collection throughout the program of key assignments that address these outcomes or themes. In addition to the key assignments, your signature project, service learning, and self-directed projects all capture or work towards the experience of these themes.

A - Meaningful Interactions in Healthcare

Meaningful Interactions are defined as: Interactions are meaningful when people have quality communication and interactions with patients, peers, and leadership.

B - Moral Leadership

Moral Leadership is defined as: The ethical and moral act of leading others.

 

The performance indicators are:

 

1. Students will reflect on leadership approaches to examine personal strengths & weaknesses.

Healthcare Advancement and Sustainability is defined as: Responsible utilization of fiscal and physical resources within the health care environment.

 

The performance indicators are:

 

1. Will evaluate trends in healthcare through a personal prediction paper.

Emotional Intelligence is defined as: The application of emotional and social intelligence theories to health care organizational, management, and leadership.

 

The performance indicators are:

 

1. Students will develop personal and social competence around the emotional competence framework.
